Is there a free trial?
Yes. During early access, Airworthy is completely free to use. Once we move to general availability, early access users will receive a discounted rate as a thank you for helping us build the product.
Do I need to pay for each device?
No. Your subscription is per aircraft, not per device. Use Airworthy on your phone, tablet, and computer with the same account at no additional cost.
What if I own multiple aircraft?
Each aircraft is $349 per year. If you have a larger fleet, contact us for volume pricing. We offer discounts starting at three aircraft.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There are no contracts or commitments. If Airworthy is not working for you, cancel from your account settings and you will not be charged again.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data remains accessible for 90 days after cancellation. During this time you can export everything or reactivate your subscription. After 90 days, your data is permanently deleted.
Is my data secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use industry standard security practices and your maintenance log images are stored securely in the cloud with automatic backups.
Do you offer refunds?
If you are not satisfied within the first 30 days of a paid subscription, contact us for a full refund. After 30 days, we do not offer refunds but you can cancel anytime to stop future charges.
